Position Description
The Portfolio/PMO Manager for NIKE DSM COE team performs the role of management and governance for the end-to-end project delivery. The Portfolio/PMO Manager performs the following activities:
Job Responsibilities
* Provide guidance for project type determination and project risk profile rating
* Mentor for proper process and tool application on projects
* Coordinate and support Project Governance
* Analyze program metrics and conduct root-cause analysis
* Conduct process assessments as appropriate
* Escalate process and governance issues, submit process improvements
* Update project status and progress routinely
