About the job
Job Accountabilities:
* Develops BU/Category/RC strategic plan for account, internally and externally
* Executes the account strategic plan with the account branch.
* Develops seasonal & year category/retail format business plans for the account
* Works with COE team to develop CRA’s for the category retail formats. Adjusts the commercial style list by branch where needed
* Develops with COE top style list plans, creates alignment with account and leads the execution to Branch SAMs level
* Leads the sell-in process before, at and after CSI for their area account branches
* Tracks top style assortment effectiveness and rolls up learnings back to HQ AE team and COE HQ team
* Prepares and leads business/category review meetings to prepare for new seasonal sell-in
* Prepares the seasonal future targets for local accounts/branches by category/retail format.
* Reviews the seasonal branch orders and revise upwards with SAMs if needed. Ensure orders are rolled up by the account HQ by category
* Drive comp based on recommendations from the business planners
* Sets KPI’s by format, BU, branch, sub branch and door cluster and leads this towards the account
* Leads and executes seasonal OTB plans with the account and territories
* Executes and optimizes the GTM process [KAPM, GTM, CSI]
* Works with the category teams [CSD, Cat Merch] on bringing the category vision and priorities to life with the account
* Hind and foresighting on category/retail format back to SAD, COE , Category teams, territory team.
* Ensure the door masterfile is updated with COE and GTM Excellence team for the account
* Work with MP to lead account branch fleet planning and execution
* Optimize account channel structure, lead account building a heathy and sustainable development model.
* Maximize TOP door biz thru integrating cross function resource
* Coach and develop AE team in territory
