As an HR Coordinator, you will seek operational excellence while focusing on Talent Development. Together with Talent Acquisition Manager and HR BPs, you will be supporting in building organizational capability and readiness, execution of department initiatives, experiences, programs, and tools. Some projects may include building HR capability and Business readiness, executing activation plans for Talent Development initiatives aligned to the global guidelines, and coordination of project plans and communications.
