About Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Mexico
Launched in 2016, NDDC Mexico directly serves to bring inspiration and innovation to every Athlete* by enabling consumers to purchase Nike footwear, apparel and equipment through Nike.com and swiftly delivered.
As a premium direct to consumer distribution channel for Nike Inc, the digital commerce team is responsible for achieving traffic, conversion and sales targets and operates across key functions to ensure consumers in Mexico are served with the best of Nike products and consumer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Leader of the Digital Site Operations team for NDDC Mexico, this position will oversee the achievement of objectives in three distinct areas:
1. Unlock Strategic Features / Functionality
*
Create a vision for a premium consumer digital purchasing experience for consumers in NDDC Mexico’s target markets.
*
Define and prioritize key requirements against this experience to influence.
*
Achieve roadmap buy-in and shipment from Digital Products and Engineering teams.
2. Zero Friction Experience
*
Structure always-on monitoring and escalation process in order to ensure a zero- friction shopping experience for consumers.
*
Report, escalate and solve technical website problems.
*
Maintain great relationships with Global Site Operations and Product Support teams.
3. Seasonal Production
*
Ensure all merchandise catalog is published with the correct information and at the right time during each retail season.
*
Provide strategic vision of optimal process and tools that determine the team’s efficiency.
*
Be the escalation point to solve blockers against key objectives or process improvements.
Direct responsibilities include:
*
Team Leadership: Setting individual and functional objectives of a three-to-four person team. Develop individual and team capabilities with a focus on delivering best in class talent, process, and systems that will deliver our future growth in operations.
*
Achieve Results: Contribute to increasing order conversion rate by successfully enabling new digital commerce features that lower consumer friction.
*
Cross Functional Representation: Represent the operational interests of the NDDC Mexico business to influence the work of internal geography and global teams to deliver features and tools to drive this business.
