About Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Mexico

Launched in 2016, NDDC Mexico directly serves to bring inspiration and innovation to every Athlete* by enabling consumers to purchase Nike footwear, apparel and equipment through Nike.com and swiftly delivered.

As a premium direct to consumer distribution channel for Nike Inc, the digital commerce team is responsible for achieving traffic, conversion and sales targets and operates across key functions to ensure consumers in Mexico are served with the best of Nike products and consumer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the leader of the Nike.com Business/Platform team, this position will oversee the achievement of revenue goals of the NDDC Mexico business in three distinct areas:

1. Achieving Revenue Targets

*

Contribute to and sign up for upcoming monthly and yearly business revenue targets based on historical analysis, merchandised assortment and consumer sentiment.
*

Create and execute mitigation plans against anticipated consumption trends.
*

Deliver insights against successes and failures.

2. Drive Seasonal Retail Strategy

*

Inform insights and recommendations against future product assortment and investments.
*

Be the consumer evangelist that guides future seasonal product strategy.
*

Sign up and approve seasonal buy plans.

3. Execute Consumer and Retail Moments

*

Define and continually evolve consumer retail moment calendars for each priority consumer culture and country.
*

Prioritize planning and execution of campaigns through partnership with Brand Marketing, Demand/Supply Planning, Site Operations and Finance teams.
*

Oversee the execution of the merchandising on-site and report on performance against expectations.

Direct responsibilities include:

Team Leadership: Setting individual and functional objectives of a three-to-four person team. Develop individual and team capabilities with a focus on developing best in class talent, process, and systems that continually overachieve expectations.

Define and Achieve Targets: Provide active input into the definition of financial growth targets. Exceed revenue forecasts and other KPIs that drive the growth of the business.
*

Cross Functional Consumer Advocate: Act as the central evangelist and driver of the NDDC Mexico consumer across key executional partners in Marketing, Site Operations, Demand/Supply Management, Merchandising and Finance teams.
