The Product Creation Team works with Design, Product Management and other cross-functional partners in the product creation process. Product Creation leads the development process, drives craft, focuses on performance, sustainability and profitability, and delivers against factory product creation capabilities. Whether its basketball, running or football, one thing remains constant: The Product Team delivers world-class products to help athletes push the boundaries of their potential.

As a Director of Product Engineer, you will focus on key Taiwan Partners - Pou Chen, and Feng Tay, while also providing support to all offshore based Partner Factories and PCC’s.

Core Accountabilities:
* Manages team and sets team and individual goals that align with department and function goals. Coaches staff, creates opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards. Develops team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance.
* Provides coordination and direction to team members to ensure the ability to manufacture new or revised products efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Ensures team defines and documents procedures for all aspects of manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Sets the technical direction for assigned area. Participates on the leadership team, and responsible for strategic planning.
* Functions as the engineering innovation leader in areas such as new manufacturing concepts, product technologies and sustainability ventures.
* Directs team in process improvement initiatives.
