Description
As the Senior Operation Manager for the Greater China Direct Digital Commerce, you will serve as the organizational champion for project and process excellence for Nike owned platforms including Nike APP and WeChat. You will lead across a matrix of digital professionals focused on executing day-to-day operations within the Direct Digital Commerce Operations. Disciplined teamwork will be key, partnering across planning, marketing, merchandising, business, operations and global operations team.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the whole Nike APP and WeChat operations team, build up team strategies, roadmap and KPI.
* Improve team working efficiency to reduce manual workload and drive high setting accurate rate.
* Build up operations game plan to align working and communication flow with cross functional teams.
* Plan team resource to support the business growth.
* Download seasonal plan to prioritize work tasks and call out potential risk.
* Close monitor the Nike APP and WeChat content publishing, product launch and event launching, track issue and escalate to related team.
* Build up good partnership with Nike APP and WeChat key working teams.
* Improve working processes and find solutions to solve pain points.
* Partner with global counterpart to continue improve operation tool capability and efficiency.
