Nike Pacific has an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Analyst to join the Pacific Operations team.
Reporting into the Inbound Manager, you will be the conduit between Nike and all inbound service providers, therefore ensuring timely flow of product into the 3PL Distribution Centre so that all Nike Australia customer delivery requirements can be met. You will also be responsible for managing risk to the business and driving process improvement through the analysis of key inbound and operational data.
What you will be doing?
* Ensuring inbound delivery precision through monitoring the flow of product via reports and advising stakeholders and the DC of any inbound delivery issues and recommended solutions;
* Accurately disseminating shipment data to the wider Nike business, especially during peak times;
* Analyse, plan, schedule and be the overall point of contact for Direct Shipments in the delivery team
* Timely maintenance and reconciliation of inbound error handlers for Origin Receipt, In Transit, Track and Trace and Goods Receipt reports;
* Building and maintaining strong 3PL relationships, daily liaison with our Customs Agent -Toll Global Forwarding and constant liaison with the DC;
* Supporting and partaking in other ad-hoc projects.
