Internal Job Title: Territory Nike Direct Digital Commerce Merchant
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Territory Nike Direct Digital Commerce Merchant to join our Nike Direct Merchandising team at our Nike Singapore Campus. You have strong merchandising, communication and business analytical skills. You can think like a consumer specifically through the lens of the digital landscape and are curious about digital commerce. You are a self-starter and creative thinker with a strong collaboration and partnership mentality. You have effective verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations in English. You can travel once or twice per season to WHQ or in market.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will build and deliver productive and aligned cross-category assortment strategy and tools for the Asia Hub Digital Commerce business. You’ll provide territory feedback and consumer led insights into the geo Nike Direct and category merchandising teams as part of the line planning process. Participate in cross-functional business meetings as needed to ensure handover of all assortment strategies and tools. You will recap territory feedback to shape assortment opportunities and you’ll deliver all necessary assortment handover meetings to support the cross-functional teams.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You are part of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Merchandising team and you will see beyond the current trends. You’ll partner with the Geo Nike Direct merchants to deliver the best insights for the season as well as work together to curate the Asia Hub NDDC assortment. Work with retail planners to support the business financial targets, retail capacity and product flow. Collaborate within the cross-functional team to review consumer-led capacity, insights, and local pricing. You’ll support the merchandising team to deliver assortment strategy within the Asia Hub cross-functional team and across the merchandising function.
