At the heart of the Consumer Direct Offense is Nike’s new NikePlus membership program that will provide member-only access to the products members love, matched to their individual preferences and buying patterns. This unique access to NIKE’s greatest innovations and hottest styles is about three key services that serve consumers on their terms: first access to the latest products, exclusive access to personalized services and experiences, and reserved product for members only.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Nike Membership Senior Director, this is a vital role responsible for Nike Greater China’s NikePlus (Nike+) Membership planning & operations excellence. This person will work closely with global and geo team to manage Managership portfolios & projects and champion Membership Capabilities/Enablers timeline and progress.

In short, this person will be responsible for managing Pre-Season planning and In-Season planning by touchpoints operations and act as:

* Membership Game Plan gatekeeper

* Membership Operations calendar owner

* Tracker of Membership online & offline operations timeline and consistency
