Job Accountabilities:
* Responsible for maximization of product availability while supporting inventory management strategies and replenishment goals to fulfill marketplace demand.
* Determine supply/inventory strategy by understanding marketplace/category initiatives and demand to manage inventory strategy and targets in order to develop the buy strategy.
* Work cross functionally with Key stakeholders within the Geography and with Global partners to align on supply strategies and resolve potential risks to best support commercial/inventory targets.
* Develop inventory plan by guiding team to establish strategy to execute parameter setting and maintaining parameters/buffers and review and update the delivery plan.
* Manage and measure performance. Ensure the accuracy and control of supply balances through development, implementation and administration of effective measurements and processes.
* Continual evaluation and assessment of internal and external data, plans, capabilities and constraints to understand impact to effective supply management execution.
* Provide leadership to supply/inventory team. Sets team and individual goals that align with department and function goals. Coaches staff, creates opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards. Develops team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance.
