The Brand Management team drives brand strategy and lead an integrated brand planning strategy to create brand heat and demand for each sport category.

Nike sees future opportunity in serving our athletes and consumers in more personal and meaningful ways. To accelerate this service offense, we are hiring for a Category Brand Manager for our Women's Category.
As a Category Brand Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our integrated service offense to deliver a personal, seamless and premium journey across all member touch points. Touch points include but are not limited to digital (Nike.com, Apps) and retail events. You’ll actively advocate for and integrate all service efforts by multiple functions based on category consumer insight and assessment to maximize its effect against membership goals.
You’ll also support the Category Brand Director on yearly key moment-based category brand planning and execution, integrating various marketing functions as well as day-to-day operation of the category team. The member service journey is also an integral part of the category brand plan.
In this role, you will need to develop a strong understanding of category knowledge and consumer insight to identify areas of service opportunities. This effort needs to be ongoing throughout the year, sharing consumer feedback on the campaigns and services with the Category team.
Responsibilities
1. Drive category member service and integration.
2. Support year-round key moment-based category brand planning and execution.
3. Actively provide consumer insight and feedback to the Category team.
4. Support alignment with multiple functions toward brand planning and execution.
