About the job

We are looking for a world-class expert in understanding NIKE SNKRS and Wechat Mini-Program to join our team driving growth in Nike’s digital commerce businesses. You’ll be tasked with developing and executing the analytics to understand and optimize the way Nike builds direct connections with its members by right products, moments and membership unlock.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of sneaker culture, products and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop predictive models of KPI to understand multivariate drivers
* Build up SNKRS & Wechat MP weekly scored card to provide holistic view and opportunities to stakeholders
* Build up SNKRS & Wechat MP playbook based on products hotness, KPI, inventory and sell through for right allocation and resource support
* Understand China SNKRS & Wechat MP consumers behavior and benchmark competitors heat products to provide recommendation of SNKRS & Wechat MP business strategy
* Partner with Nike’s digital business teams and Consumer Knowledge/membership team to translate consumer data into audience profiles and business opportunities
