* Provide solutions or alternatives by analyzing consumers’ issues and problems continuously and proactively
* Create and develop consumer-focused content to help consumers understand new features, products, or services at Nike.com.
* Deliver clear and effective CS communication to consumers inconsistent tone and voice under different circumstances
* Build a rich knowledge base to ensure continued maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information in the Help Center, user guides, CS manuals, etc.
* Be responsible for monitoring feedback and voices to create self-service customer support content around recurring topics, issues, and themes.
