As Nike Direct Stores - Retail Territory Director you will be responsible for developing a multi-store territory vision and for cresting business strategies to maximize brand and business opportunities in the territory, achieving sales, operations and organizational goals of customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity in accordance with Nike's Brand philosophy and consumer focus.
Areas of responsibility include Nike Stores and Nike Factory Stores.
Responsible for developing solid and constructive relationships with the Nike Distributors decision makers in order to execute the Nike strategy and develop solid and efficient retail plans at territory level.
Responsible for developing positive relationships with the Nike Stores partners, in order to manage territory performance through revenue, and operating income.
Responsible to ensure that the Nike Brand comes to life at Retail through the execution of key brand, product, marketing and seasonal initiatives. Accountable for establishing monthly and annual territory budgets, forecasts and processes that tie into the overall retail plan; develop territory business plans that support corporate retail initiatives and track results; and analyze business performance against marketplace/stores and create action plans to maximize profitability, productivity and business growth.
Accountable for the overall leadership and people management of the territory, including the development of retail, business planning and store organizations, human resource planning, proactively supervising the recruiting and hiring of the top talent, training and development
Accountable for working closely with APLA Nike Stores GM’s, Territory GM’s to build retail marketplace strategies, as ONE integrated marketplace.
