About the job
As the Benefits Operations Analyst for Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance and executing the administration of Nike’s Benefits and Leaves programs. This role will conduct the day to day operations of Nike’s Benefits programs as well as cyclical Benefits events for the Asia Pacific region, and will report to the Senior Benefits Operations Analyst, Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation and administration of regional benefits programs.
2. Review and process benefits billings to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
3. Audit regional employee benefits data to ensure quality.
4. Communicates and explains to employees on information related to a variety of benefits programs (e.g., insurance plans, pensions, sick leave)
5. Identify process opportunities and potential solution ideas and partner with cross-functional HRD teams on systems and processes
6. Prepares reports and statistical information regarding benefit programs.
7. Deliver training and informational programs on benefits to other HR professionals and employees at all levels.
8. Participate in regional benefits operational projects, as necessary.
