About the role
At Nike we see our Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. As our Compensation Operations Analyst for Asia Pacific, you'll report to the Total Rewards Operations Manager, Asia Pacific. Your primary accountability will be to effectively manage the day to day operations of Nike’s compensation programs as well as cyclical compensation events for the region.
In this role you’ll have to develop a strong understanding of our compensation programs and practices. You’ll need to bring your expertise in compensation administration, focus on delivering exceptional employee experience, and a natural curiosity to explore and solve problems that haven’t been addressed before. To be effective, you’ll possess a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, an ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Most importantly, you should be very excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact at Nike.
Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs (i.e. Core Pay Increase, Annual Bonus, etc)
* Responsible for the implementation and administration of compensation programs (i.e. Core Pay Increase, Annual Bonus, etc)
* Process, audit and reconcile Monthly Retail Incentive calculation for designated countries.
* Process and ensure correctness of Long Service Awards certificates and payments
* Perform bi-yearly consolidation and audits of Employee stock purchase plan contributions
* Analyze existing Compensation processes, identify gaps and propose areas for innovation and process improvement
* Communicates and explains to employees, managers and HR colleagues on information related to a variety of compensation programs.
* Handle situations that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable area to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
* Provide analytical expertise and resource to projects that may arise from time to time.
* Establish working relationship with the broader Human Resources team, ensuring common priorities and projects are delivered
