Job Accountabilities:
Drive Comprehensive analytics & insights, powered by consistent data, to help make better decisions and fuel a healthy marketplace.
Lead the team: led the advanced analytics team under commercial analytics team to drive data-based decisions
* Act as the senior leadership of analytics community to coach and develop advanced analytics talent
* Manage the advanced analytics team to deliver business value drops
Run the business: deliver business impact thru advanced analytics capabilities
* Focus on data mining and statistical forecasting on Demand Sensing and Inventory Planning, including but not limited to marketplace forecasting, product forecasting, supply optimization and inventory planning, to improve both the planning efficiency and accuracy
* Deliver business insights and quick solutions to identify potential business opportunities and risks, cooperate with multi-functional teams to drive fast business growth;
Create the future: drive innovative analytics methodology and solutions to accelerate planning digitalization
* Lead problem solving processes and deliver innovative solutions to drive digitalization and business evolution, etc. process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.;
* Educate stakeholders and users on new analytics concept/tools/methodologies/reports;
