Core Accountabilities:
* Work with factory partners on cost inputs, analysis, review and negotiation before management review. Ensure a standard cost model is in place with factories to support product costing and stakeholders.
* Proactively works with factory, costing managers, product developers and sourcing amongst key stakeholders, to review factory cost capability and product mix portfolio.
* Identify a real appetite for analytics, digging deep into details of products costs to understand the cost drivers, propose areas of improvement and work with cost owners to drive the actions to closure.
* Effectively communicates pertinent costing information to the stakeholders and functions.
* Responsible for cost trends analytics - gathering factory partners input, analyse cost drivers changes and review with key functions.
* Prepare reports on a timely manner and provide analytical support to cross-functional key stakeholders.
* Continuously improve costing tools, processes and reporting to evolve with business requirements.
