Job Responsibilities:

* Lead LR/SR Capacity & Consumption Rate Validation and Data integrity for speed program

* Support new program development, scaling roadmap and operating model set-up. Support collaboration on solution review and execution

* Analyze unplanned and loading issue and collaborate in solutions for speed program

* Drive new factory Responsive production readiness tracking and factory on-board training

* SLT ramp up/down planning

* Engage with end to end stakeholders in DSM, GEO, PM and partners to execute seasonal speed collaboration from plan to delivery

* Monitor factory Supply Plan/production/capacity/delivery for speed program with BI tools to assess risk and expedite decision making.

* Train, coach and mentor factories on policies, best practice and ensure SOP compliance for Speed/SLT program

* Manage all operations reports and data integrity for Speed/SLT program

* Support Logistics/Packing/labeling issue resolution for Speed/SLT program

* PO exception management & administration ( GAC change, divert, early & later shipment, late adds, cancellations, AF) for Speed/SLT program. Support system enhancement building, testing and execution for Speed/SLT program

* Support execution of new projects/Programs regarding Speed/SLT. Support data analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives/ big program/issue communication as needed
