Overview of the Job:
As the senior marketing manager of IM, you will be responsible to drive the overall brand strategy, seasonal planning and execute based on the Greater China (GC) IM concept map and BJ/NW brand concept map. Plan seasonal stories in partnership with GC IM, BJ/NW category and function teams.
Your plans and strategies will be aligned with the GC IM vision and informed by local visionary consumer mindset and market knowledge. You will utilize and continue to develop influencer relationships in art, design, fashion, music, film, photography, technology, architecture, food and sustainability.
This role will require some travel to BJ/ NW key cities and GC HC in Shanghai.
Job Responsibility:
* Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to foster collaborations of projects and products for IM and the amplification of category initiatives.
* As the early adopters, maintain close relationships with BJ/NW category and function leads to input insights into overall brand strategy. Staying informed on current market trends and influencers to inform strategic direction and partnership opportunities.
* Strong passion for innovation and design with deep understanding of the visionary consumers and interest to mine community leaders within key cities in BJ/NW.
* Drive distinction through visionary insights, industry knowledge and creative resources to produce immersive experiences and bring product to life in the marketplace.
* Maintain close partnership with the core working parties: IM core team (Category GM / Merchant / Marketplace / Finance / Demand planning / Nike Direct); GC functions and categories; BJ/NW brand leads.
* Lead IM seasonal event execution and evaluation.
* Be familiar and always on for the SOTS (Brand Architecture) and retail roadmap
