A great opportunity has become available to join the Nike Retail team in the role of Head Coach - Company Store; this store is accessible by invitation only, exclusive to Nike staff, sponsored Athletes and Corporate Partners. Reporting into the District Manager and leading a team of 40+, you will effectively lead all in-store activities to achieve sales goals, and customer service levels.

* Providing leadership and people development including hiring top talent, training and development, performance management, succession and career planning and coaching
* Driving Store Performance through effective budget management and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
