As a Nike Retail Store Talent Acquisition Specialist you will execute the talent attraction strategy for Korea (Athlete: Nike Retail Store Employee). Like a magnet, you’ll attract top talent to Nike. You will manage the candidate experience ensuring seamless and efficient process.
As a primary point of contact for talent you’ll use strong communication, attention to detail and organization skills to plan and communicate the hiring process. Best of all, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and engage with your community and store leaders in your city, building relationships as you work to create a sustainable pipeline of store talent.
Acquisition Specialist is a Talent Business Partner reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and indirectly reporting to Direct (Retail) HRBP. In close partnership with Store Managers, you will infuse a culture of belonging, becoming the point of contact to start a career journey with Nike.
