To elevate our game, NIKE GSM is in the midst of a multi-year digital transformation to design and implement our platforms of the future. With many of our partners being based in Asia, we have established a GSM Program Manager role which focuses on relevant, consistent execution and delivery of Global GSM initiatives by providing expert capabilities in Stakeholder and Project & Transition Management.

Description & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The nature of the work is focused on driving the overall program/project governance, coordination, prioritization and tracking of Nike’s and GSM Strategic Initiatives and Projects with large impact to Asia-based teams and stakeholders. Role will report directly into the Singapore based COE and will dotted line into the COE Program Office at WHQ.
· Project management: Support diverse projects and deliverables across the portfolio and manage deliverables independently (including executive summaries on cost, schedule & performance)
· Effectively co-ordinate across multiple stakeholders, both locally in Asia and globally at World Headquarters (WHQ), to identify challenges and fast track solutions in the execution of projects/initiatives
· Organization, planning and execution: Track and coordinate Program/Project objectives, provide dashboards and other tracking mechanisms to ensure prioritization GSM Portfolio, track performance and provide transparency to the wider organization on overall progress against
· Governance: Establishes and maintains cross functional and regional governance teaming with Geo and Global counterparts both in the business, partner and GSM function for specific projects
· Transition management: Communication, Training, tools and organization set up (as applicable) to support optimum adoption of solutions
· Effectively link to Nike Tech and analytics to ensure alignment and effective tracking of technology integration.
