Inventory Supervisor (Taicang) Job in TaiCang, TaiCang, China, VT

Responsibilities:

(1) 50% - DC Inventory Management

DC Inventory Management - Accuracy control

· Control DC inventory from both system and physical goods perspective and ensure alignment between SAP and WMS, ensure of month end inventory balance

· Monitor all inventory transactions between WMS/SAP and identify the root cause of imbalance as well as error cleaning.

· Work with DC team & order management team to ensure the return inventory balance and solve related system issues.

DC Inventory Management - Quality control and audit

· Coordinate with Nike brand integrity team and DC team to fulfill all quality related & rework request

· Work with Nike finance and internal control team for both external and internal audit requirement.

DC Inventory Management - Inventory’s healthy and visibility

· Provide all kinds of inventory tracking reports with rational analysis to Nike internal departments to support business needs. Take initiative to create inventory reports for various purposes once needed.

· Coordinate with DSM team to track and keep healthy inventory status.
(2) 30% -
3PL management

· Manage 3PL’s inventory performance per KPI performance and inventory governance

· Build inventory governance and take regular audit for daily operation

(3) 20% - DC Operations

· Understand DC process and company policy well, make sure DC process in compliance with policy.

· Keep good working relationships with external partners, on-site monitor DC operation process if needed.
