About the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive insights and analytics to fuel growth through consumer and commercial capabilities.
* Enable informed decision making through blend of qualitative and quantitative insights, centered around Gender and sport, tied to consumer segments.
* Provided to the business through a combination of self-serve and prioritized insights deliverables in service of key decisions.
* Read and react to consumer signals, identify opportunities to drive growth, nurture innovation and new concepts to serve consumer unmet needs, inform product lifecycle mgmt.
* Partner directly with Gender GM, product merchandising, product design, insights, marketplace team to use data to drive GC min-long term product strategies, seasonal product & merchandising priorities.
* Drive cross functional and Global alignment for critical projects and initiative to ensure end to end follow through and insights consistency
* Leverage consumer, product, and marketing insight to enable business decisions
* Uses a qual-quant research approach to understand overall consumer interest, differentiation, and likely usage/purchase interned
