About the job
As part of the social platforms and marketing team (social team) in consumer direct marketing function (CDM), your overall role and responsibility is to support your team to drive and execute Nike GC social media marketing strategy and operation.
Particularly in this position, you are at the supporting role of creating and maintaining an ever-evolving Nike GC social/community management playbook for Nike retail stores and coordinating the playbook execution with respective function teams in daily basis.
Key Partnership:
• Internal key marketing functions (CDM stores by each concept, 365 experience, One Creative, etc.)
• Respective Nike direct and partner retail management & operation teams
Job Responsibility:
• Support to develop and keep optimizing the Nike GC social/community management playbook for both Nike direct and partner retail stores.
• Coordinate the playbook training & deployment to respective retail management & operation teams.
• Proactively collect feedbacks consumers and respective retail management & operation teams for the playbook optimization.
• Learn from industrial practice and employ within the playbook execution.
• During the peak season, support other social marketing campaign executions within CDM social team.
