WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a D&A Insights Analyst with a proven ability to lead and/or work on cross-functional teams and provide digital insights. You have a proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers and digital commerce. You are an expert in Web Analytics tools, have problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. You will be energized by adding value in a complex organization. This role requires cross-functional touch points with your peers across APLA (Asia Pacific and Latin America), but your day-to-day is supporting the Korea team. This job requires to engage periodically on voice and video sessions across multiple hours during the day, including some team all hands that include other teammates across the world.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will deliver insights on how consumers navigate, engage and purchase from our digital platforms and you will be the expert voice of all our experience analytics tools for Nike Korea. In this role, you will collaborate with key partners and provide overall project coordination, documentation and insight share out. You will work independently to deliver insights into the read & adapt processes in the Korea Territory.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will report into the Nike Direct Analytics Director in Korea as part of the APLA Nike Direct Analytics Team. You will be a partner to many business-critical functions including Site Merchandisers, Media, Digital Commerce and User Experience. You will be a key factor in enabling the business to be data-driven.
