WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We need an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a multi-national matrixed organization. You will have a consumer-focused mindset with the ability to provide insights into organizational capability to optimize resources. You will have the innate ability to provide coaching to leadership to help them to build world class teams. You will also be a focal point for the regional geography team to keep them up to date for all groups supported by this role.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As one of the HR Managers on the team, you will work to ensure the teams you support have the structure, organizational capability and talent strategies to sustain and accelerate growth. This includes followings.
1. Prioritize Employee Engagement - always sensing and listening to employees.
2. Partner with business leaders to leverage culture to engage and energize employees.
3. Drive adoption of workforce strategies and solutions (e.g. workforce planning).
4. Provide insights on functional depth of talent and actively drives talent management activities.
5. Coaching and developing managers to expand their people management capabilities and practices.
6. Partner with HRBP Director to execute HR initiatives and interventions aligned to strategy.
7. Steward data accuracy and adoption of tools and systems.
8. Work alongside Employee Relations and HR Operations & Services teams to resolve employee queries and issues as appropriate.

You will work with multiple cross functional partners both inside and outside of Japan. This will include partners in HR Operations and Services team and other COE (Center of Excellence) teams located in both Japan and Singapore, as well as other HR Managers and Directors located in Japan, Singapore and the US. You will also work with members of the Senior Leadership Team in Japan.
