Job Description
• Representing Nike to senior government officials in Shanghai and Jiangsu government, including but not limited to the following offices:
• Shanghai municipal government (mayor and vice mayors of relevance to Nike)
• State Administration for Market Regulation Shanghai Branch (director general)
• Cyberspace Affairs Administration of China Shanghai Branch (director general)
• Shanghai Public Security Bureau head (director general)
• Shanghai Commerce Commission (director general)
• Yangpu District party secretary/governor
• Taicang party secretary/mayor
• Suzhou mayor/vice mayor
• Nanjing Customs/Tax head
• )

• Supporting Nike GCLT as an enabler/accelerator in the implementation of CDA/Digital Offense:
• Has a deep understanding of Nike’s strategy and GPA implications
• Is always accessible to GCLT and recognized as a key partner and resource by GCLT
• Is able to influence senior management decisions that have an impact on business direction
• Makes decisions to support broad company objectives
• Is able to think strategically and drive development of innovative concepts, services or programs that advance Nike’s reputation and business in China

• Protecting the Nike brand and reputation by partnering with the ERM, Risk Council and GCLT on proactive issue management:
• Proactively identifies and solves the most complex issues that impact Nike’s brand, reputation and corporate profile in China
• Engages key government stakeholders to seek guidance, insights and support around key issues identified
• Leverages the expertise and insights of the GPA team as a whole to help the ERM team develop and improve Nike’s regulatory compliance posture and ERM protocols

• Leading and partnering:
• Leads and develops the GPA Shanghai team
• P, IP, Privacy, Digital, Marketplace, ERM, Ethics & Compliance, Operations, HR, Finance/Tax, WD&C etc. to win as a team
