Job Accountabilities
• Understand China digital marketplace trends, build converse T-Mall strategy(CSR, AOP)
• Understand Alibaba strategic direction and implement the strategy by partner with both Geo and global partners.
• Negotiate with T-Mall Alibaba for resource booking for seasonal product stories, key moment, platform priorities and brand focus. Annual negotiation for T-Mall contract and commission rate.
• Lead T-Mall flagship store business by working and influencing cross functional teams to drive business potential through full price and innovation, identify business opportunities to better serve and engagement with consumers
• End to end platform management to meet all company deadline and requirement ( Annual budget, pre- season, in season , post season…)
• Provide platform /consumer insights for future development and partner with other functions to leverage T-mall tools for opportunity ( eg TMIC, 3D/AR..)
• Pilot test new initiatives (content transformation, smart retail experience.) to maximize business potential
• Lead key campaign /key moment plan/execution and Hindsight for future improvement
• Manage agency to ensure operation excellence including agency team R&R, process improvement, contract renew, KPI alignment and regular business review.
• Be a team leader and coach for team development
