This role is responsible for assisting business merchant by managing the site operation and journey design of Nike App Platform, driving initiatives, sales performance and data analysis, platform A/B testing and meeting presentation preparation. For this role, you will ensure an integrated commercial strategy and execution across Nike digital owned business to deliver premium consumer experiences and customer profitability.
• Execute strategies and provide expertise and direction to the team on the use of site journey and all relevant levers to optimize consumer experience on Nike APP
• Ensure Trade/ Core/ IBA meetings are planned and executed at the highest level as planned and envisioned by teams.
• Support platform owner to provide clear seasonal plan and utilize business calendar to communicate with broader teams according to the platform capacity and opportunity to drive growth and heat.
• Work cross functionally with marketing teams, operations, membership and merchants to ensure alignment on distribution/commercial priorities and seasonal readiness at the key campaign check points.
• Track and monitor Shop performance by week, and capable to take quick actions by different levers and touchpoints to seize social trends and leverage base-inline products.
• Ensure strong account relationship, working effectively with counterparts to enhance digital business and provide first point of contact internally by strong understanding of assortment and selling point.
