Job Description
The Mktg Ops Creative Technologist is a multi-disciplined role versed in industrial design and technology in order to leverage the power of technology and development in O2O. Acts to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly, ensures managing, planning, production and operational aspects of all projects. She/He collaborates with internal functions and external vendors by building relationships, negotiating costs and evaluating services.

A multi-disciplined creative technologist who is versed in industrial design and technology to be a part of the Greater China marketing operations team. This person understands the creative process and is good at problem solving early in the process. Their goal is to come to the table to make our ideas better by leveraging the power of technology and development. He/She will be the bridge between design and production in order to elevate story telling at retail by designing new consumer experiences.


Partnering closely on ideation with Design, involvement includes conceptualizing, creative strategy, creative reviews, vendor management, proof of concept, production and installation for all touchpoints that involve mechanics and technology.

This person is a hybrid of a maker x tech geek, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and push the limits of what’s achievable. They would also need to be comfortable working across all functions/categories to educate, inform and inspire.
