WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We need a MPO (Marketplace Operations) Process Lead to provide appropriate and accurate data for internal and external stakeholders in the MPO team and to be responsible for highlighting risks and opportunities. The candidate will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with account & channel contacts and internal cross functional partners through report interpretation, tools, and email.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
* Responsible for order book health and integrity for NIKE accounts
* Provide premium order management services in alignment with APLA (Asia Pacific & Latin America) services strategy
* Manage and execute orders against account plans in partnership with cross functional teams
* Provide premium customer service and monitors daily activities on behalf of account on E2E operation flow
* Ensure adherence to policies and standard processes that drive efficiencies and are audit compliant
* Engage and work with cross functional teams to improve NIKE accounts inventory productivity thru health order book
* Create order management framework to enable future business model with APLA MPO operation functions
* Ensure and execute against efficient order management processes to plan/deliver seasons by maximizing orderbooks
* Play an active role as TEAM for operations within Account, Channel and Seasonal teams
* KPI management

You will collaborate daily with various internal business functions, including MPUs (Marketplace Units), Logistics, DSM (Demand & Supply Management), Finance and provide information for business decision making through related meetings.
