Job Responsibility:
* Partner with Account Management team to understand the customer needs, play as a key window to connect with supply chain team to fulfill the customer demand to support business sustainable growth
* Track the progress on the order fulfillment and drive the efforts cross-functionally to maximize coverage and shipment rate
* Manage the customer return and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a front window to communicate the products related issue and co-ordinate the internal resolution.
* Co-ordinate needs from multiple channels for order allocation against ATP and high heat products
* Develop a high performing Customer Service team by hiring top talent, setting clear goals, maximizing development opportunities and driving performance management
* Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.
* Be the owner of SAP system enhancements related to OTC, coordinate testing and training.
* Drive continuous process improvements within the team and contribute to key Supply Chain projects.
