- One of the most exciting areas and key growth/portfolio for Nike Greater China business. Reporting to MP Men’s Merchandising Director. You will look after Life Style FW merchandising work & related projects to deliver outstanding results for the market. You will also be working very closely with a variety of Nike cross-functional teams and our counterparts.
Bring assortment to life, drive business on weekly bases, manage/chase revenue with retail levers. Be able to lead and influence others. A problem solver, have an open minded mindset and be curious. Demonstrate Brand Passion.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree required, at least 3 years of Merchandising experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, flexible to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with positive attitude
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Skillful in MS office software
• Passion/knowledge for trend
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develop the marketplace annual/seasonal merchandising plans to support a distinctive assortment and membership offense with speed and responsiveness.
• Adopt and assort for the marketplace, working with Planning on the seasonal OTB buy plan.
• Partner with store marketplace team to provide product insights to consumer gender team to fulfil marketplace product needs.
• Build and deliver marketplace consumer led capacity in partnership with Men’s Consumer Construct team, Planning and Analytics.
• Lead and drive conversation within Nike platform partners and external suppliers to deliver business results.
