Overview of the Job:
As part of the Retail 365 Experience team, you are charged with implementing a steady cadence of experiences (sport and community) at one of Nike’s newest retail concepts - Live.
As part of the GC team, your role will include bringing the experience strategy for Live concept to life. You will work with different agencies and city field teams to ensure the experiences deliver key brand/product narratives in an engaging way that brings members into Nike’s vast online ecosystem. Familiarity with membership marketing is an important skill to have and continue to build on.
Key Partnership:
· Internal X-functional consumer direct marketing teams (concept owners, brand design, VMS, field team)
· Agencies to bring experiences to life in Shanghai concepts
· Landlord and government agencies as needed
Job Responsibility:
· Development and deployment of small-scale experience ‘toolkits’.
· Management of agencies to bring Shanghai concept experiences to life.
· Build equity for retail concepts and market the store as ‘product’.
· Drive awareness to the concept and ensure distinction for the concept via experiences.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
· Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
· Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services.
· Explains difficult issues and works to build consensus.
· Makes decisions within guidelines and policies.
· Is accountable for small projects or programs with manageable risks and resource requirements.
· Performs work in support of marketing plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, programs or products with moderate visibility.
· Ensures actions protect company image and limits risks.
