Overview of the Job:
As part of the 365 Experience team, you are charged with creating a steady cadence of hoops programs, to be executed across Nike retail concepts and city owned/partnered spaces, to engage with consumers/members across China on a 365 basis.
As part of the GC team, your role will include creating ‘toolkits’ that can be scaled across various cities in China. You will work with different city squads and concept teams to ensure the experiences are brought to life in a consistent way. You are also tasked with turning key basketball product stories into meaningful small scales experiences that drives impact for the brand, especially in retaining and serving Nike members. Knowledge of membership marketing is an essential skill to have.
Key Partnership:
· Internal X-functional consumer direct marketing teams and consumer construct teams.
· City squads in Beijing, Guangzhou and others.
· External community partners inclusive of local hoops communities, city influencers and energy doors.
· Government agencies and school connections.
Job Responsibility:
· Development and deployment of small-scale experience ‘toolkits.’
· Create measurable KPIs and ensure KPIs are trackable.
· Management of city teams to execute experiences in a consistent way.
· Management with consumer construct teams to turn product stories into engaging, fun and impactful member experiences.
· Grow basketball culture (performance and culture) through 365 experiences.
