WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Director, Project Management for Marketing, will lead the end-to-end cross functional management and execution of key campaigns and projects driving Consumer Direct Acceleration. This role will collaborate across Geo & City Marketing, along with key partner functions of the organization, to ensure unified strategy, clear roles & responsibilities, sequenced execution and implementation of projects, growth initiatives, process development, & infrastructure expansion for Marketing.

The ideal candidate for this position will be top tier in experience driving large complex, cross functional projects at a marketing and enterprise level, with particular expertise in the areas of campaign, marketing function and studio program implementation. This individual will play equal parts problem solver and doer, tackling the roles of strategist, operator, influencer and scheduling specialist, as they effectively navigate the structure of Nike. Building key partnerships, developing a strong point of view and gaining consensus across team will be key to the success profile. In addition, having a rich history of successful project and campaign delivery while being confident with a constantly evolving dynamic landscape is a must for this role.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be asked to lead the projects and campaigns driving a consumer-focused, digitally enabled strategy for Marketing and, in doing so, be comfortable consistently assessing tradeoffs, risks and making decisions with imperfect information across multiple workstreams. You will lead and have oversight of the critical path program to support Geography and City Consumer Marketing, Direct and Creative teams to deliver initiative / content planning, creation, delivery and measurement. You will partner to drive the end-to-end timely, on budget executions from the Geo Studio and Infrastructure expansion programs in partnership with your cross functional team mates; engaging key business partners to ensure demand is met for content capture that drives brand and business goals. You will partner closely with Business Strategy and Planning teams to transition the long-term growth concepts into Marketing studio teams and departments. You will assist the Senior Director as required while the whole team support Marketing functional responsibilities.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will coordinate with senior and peer level internal partners to cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution across all functions. You will have close partnership with the Marketing Planning, Business Planning, and Strategy functions, at the Global and Geo levels. You will work closely to coordinate with key teams on dependencies across Marketing: CDM, Studio Management, Marketing Ops, Merchandising Operations, and Marketing/Creative Tech.
