• Work with cross functional team to lead Supply Chain initiatives for customer
• Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy
• Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution.
• Lead NIKE teams and customers to achieve mutually agreed operations plans.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence NIKE capability development and service offerings.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers.
• Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from both a NIKE and customer point of view.
