WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As the Nike Stores Partner Marketing Manager in Southeast Asia & India, you are responsible for developing holistic, consumer-led marketing plans for our retail concepts. You will lead seasonal and non-seasonal marketing plan development, briefing and provide execution direction to be implemented across the integrated marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Consumer Direct Marketing, Brand Management Teams, Marketplace Management and Operations Teams to ensure we deliver premium, Nike-only consumer experiences that drive engagement and deliver expected business results. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to execute retail concept marketing direction and brand standards that set expectations for fleet expansion and elevation. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, working as part of an integrated Consumer Direct O2O Marketing team.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

- Serve as an integral member of the Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM) team, Stores team and overall Territory Marketing team to lead seasonal and non- seasonal marketing plan development, briefing and provide execution direction to be implemented across the territory marketplace.

- Develop and drive 365 and seasonal framework delivering member acquisition and engagement KPI’s within key store concepts.

- In partnership with other CDM functions, develop and execute thoughtful online to offline(O2O) journeys across product, service and experience marketing levers.

- Partner with Visual Merchandising, Assortment Planning, and Stores teams to align on product strategies within the consumer and store journeys.

- Operationalize Global/Geo Marketing playbooks and toolkits with channel guidelines, member-journey frameworks, in-store & digital marketing capabilities and best practices informed by data and insights to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

- Partner closely with Stores team on retail marketing direction & brand standards for fleet expansion and elevation.

- Manage budget planning and quarterly forecast accuracy and spend tracking.

- In partnership with the Membership Marketing Manager and Stores team, collect and apply analytics to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers across all partner digital channels and stores environments.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

- You will report to the Stores Marketing Manager.

- Work with cross functional teams from Consumer Direct Marketing, Brand Marketing, Nike Direct Digital, Store Partner Teams both internal & external, VMS, Membership and agency partners.

- You will also help to lead our in-country third party on the ground support.

- Our team spans across multiple countries and you will be working with a diverse team of Nike people who are based in SEA&I and APLA HQ in Portland.
