Nike is looking for a Store Marketing, Sr. Director to join its GC Consumer Direct Marketing team. This role will lead the development and implementation of GC’s store marketing strategies that deliver against expected retail brand and business KPIs. It will also lead the expansion of the retail fleet across One Nike Marketplace.

The ideal candidate is a retail experience and marketing expert who is passionate about building meaningful consumer journey and experience for physical store and understand how to leverage effective marketing levers to attract, serve and retain customers. This person will be even more preferred if he/she has had experience in building O2O capabilities to enhance the performance of physical retail. This person needs to be a seasoned team leader who has had experience lead large teams > 100+.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop & drive marketing strategies that build awareness of and drive quality traffic to our stores in service of delivering our member acquisition and engagement KPIs.

• Partner with Marketplace functions in the pre-season planning as well as in-season execution / read & react to achieve business objectives.

• Obsess consumer journeys informed by consumer insights, data and analytics to support business and member outcomes to Make Sport a Daily Habit.

• In partnership with other CDM functions, develop & execute thoughtful O2O journeys across retail concepts by leveraging portfolio of marketing levers.

• Partner with Gender and Brand Narrative teams to ensure storytelling assets and deliverables are retail right and meet the needs of the marketplace.

• Partner with Brand Creative to ensure 365 storytelling assets & experiences are created to deliver against the commercial needs of the business.

• Coach, lead and develop a diverse team of marketing talent across multiple retail disciplines.

• Drive fleet expansion across the marketplace to create brand impact and capture market share.

• Lead the communication with Global on strategy and planning communication
