About the job
As our Digital Operations Manager - SOCO, you will bring leadership, strategic direction, and competitive advantage by directing the functions of Technical Site Production, Digital Fulfillment, Consumer Services, and Site Operations. Additionally, you will serve as the primary business partner for our 3rd party partners who help enable Nike.com and SNKRS in SOCO. You’ll align the people, processes, information, and technology that support diverse consumer experiences and consumer business models supporting the growth of Nike.com and SNKRS.
You will lead the day-to-day operations of Nike.com and SNKRS in SOCO including all elements of site production, fulfillment, consumer services, and site operations. You’ll leverage over-arching business plans to create functional plans within your team. You will contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts and evaluate overall operational performance in partnership with local and Global stakeholders. You’ll drive project prioritization, across multiple functional areas, leveraging 3rd Party vendors to support their delivery.
