Based in CDMX, you will be part of the CDMX key city marketing team. This team will be accountable for:
* Humanising our brand through relationships on the ground with key communities, athletes, and athletes* that move our world forward through movement
* Engaging members 365 with focus on activity (movement), connections (relationships), and purpose - optimising key membership KPIs and bringing the magic of Nike to life on the ground for the members who love us the most
* Owning targeted brand extensions that feed off specific city insights
* Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant insights that can scale

What will you work on?

As a CDMX Catalyst Brand Manager, you will be part of the CDMX Marketing Leadership team, reporting directly to the APLA, Catalyst Brand Management Senior Director and a dotted line into the CDMX Senior Marketing Director. This role will be responsible for leading a diverse and connected team focused on the following core duties:

* Influence and adapt the APLA Catalyst Brand Management strategy, to sustain city competitive advantage
* Drive and maintain a powerful network and portfolio of cultural catalysts in CDMX, to Energise the brand and Create the Future of Sport*
* Providing outstanding service and brand management for all Catalyst relationships
* Oversee all aspects of Catalyst relationship projects - end to end, including contracts, product development, Marketing and communications
* creativity and sport and advance the notion of sport culture in CDMX, permeating visionary citizens throughout the Globe.

* Drive planning and execution of identified catalyst marketing concepts with internal stakeholders and membership marketing.
* Extend and drive relevant Global & APLA Catalyst marketing plans for the CDMX audience
* Own targeted creative (and extensions) to specific catalyst city needs
* Drive integration with NHBD and SNKRS team to ensure the Catalyst Brand Architecture and Catalyst Launch calendar informs the NHBD and SNKRS journey
* Gather structured and continuous visionary consumer insights to allow us to better serve Visionary members in CDMX, and to feed back to APLA/Global in order to help longer-term & seasonal concepts

Who will you work with?

In this role you will sit at the CDMX Marketing Leadership Team table and work fluidly with all of those teammates, both to drive better relationships with our members in the city and also to drive a diverse & inclusive high-performing, growth orientated culture in our marketing team where everyone can be himself/herself on a daily basis.

You will also work closely with the APLA and GLOBAL Catalyst Brand Management team, always with a growth mindset to contribute towards a World-class Catalyst team. You will act as a key advisor to the APLA Catalyst Brand Management Senior Director in wider strategic discussions and influence organisational needs/processes that should be implemented in order for plans to be executed to the highest standard.

You will also work with cross-functionally with key partners such as Sports Marketing, SCI, and Consumer Insights in service of our athletes, consumers and members. You will work closely with the Nike Direct and One Creative leaders to editorialise key catalyst moments and narratives to create energy through our storytelling. You will manage a team. And you will of course build strong relationships with key CDMX catalysts.

The shape of your day-to-day leadership will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You therefore must be collaborative, intuitive, and maximise the effectiveness of individual as well as collective thinking. You must multiply the opinions and expertise of those you engage with in order to apply coherent strategy and thinking that leads to new opportunities to continue to apply new thinking
