The Director will lead a team of digital marketers to deliver on brand and business objectives, connecting consumers with the innovation, experiences and stories that position Converse as a leading premium lifestyle brand with deep connection with in sports and culture for more than 110 years. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, to test & fail and learn & evolve. You value the importance of data and consumer insights and appreciate the creative process. You understand marketing technology, the role of online to offline (O2O), direct-to-consumer channels, and you are a thought leader, a digital evangelist, strategic thinker and a consumer advocate.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of digital marketers focused on building and growing Converse Asia’s digital ecosystem, transforming Converse into a consumer-focused digital brand in Asia. You will bring best-in-class digital experiences to life for the consumer, working as part of an Integrated Digital Marketing Offense team.
