About the job

Playing as the Chief of Staff of GEO marketing team, the Director, Brand Marketing Planning & Operations is responsible for setting and aligning priorities across the brand in partnership with the Converse Marketing Leadership Team and leading the team that helps drive the planning & operations that enable marketing function excellence.

This includes two primary areas of focus:
* Leads the long-term operations vision, strategy and functionality across Brand Planning, Project Management, Program Development and Capabilities, Studio Management & Production, and Store Marketing Operations. Oversees Brand Marketing’s role in the enterprise consumer construct optimizing origination, extension and adoption of brand marketing concepts into marketplace units, leading with Converse Digital and Integrated Retail Marketing. Provides Inputs through Brand Planning to both Asia overall strategic work and global Brand Marketing strategic work including but not exclusive to GTM, CSR, QBR, AOP processes.
* Drives the Asia Brand leadership team operating model with Brand Marketing leaders. Partners with Global, Geo & Territory Marketing teams to ensure end-to-end process design and future capability investments.
