WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Sales Representative that will be responsible for the FGL - Sports Experts franchise business to. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of complex business issues and the ability to creatively solve problems.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record leveraging industry, consumer and account data, insights and analytics to make decisions and drive change.

This Sales Representative should have strong knowledge of product and business trends.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will effectively manage the account portfolio and provide account feedback to key stakeholders, including the FGL Business Director. You will use market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize product placement and sales.

You will develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Conduct seasonal business reviews with customers. This includes developing and executing seasonal plans with top tier accounts for healthy and sustainable growth. You will meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

You will establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with both Sports Experts Head Office and Franchise account personnel at all levels of the business.

You will be results driven and be accountable for the execution, management and timely coordination of account portfolio.

You will be responsible for Footwear, Apparel & Equipment servicing the Men’s, Women’s & Kid’s consumer.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work and communicating with the FGL Business Manager, as well as other members of the FGL Team regularly when developing plans, forecasts and the overall effective management of your portfolio. You will inform of them of business opportunities, problems, progress, and any support needed.

You will also be working with other Canadian Partner Reps to effectively manager your portolio.

You will report to the FGL Business Director.

WHAT YOU BRING

· You have at least 4 years of experience in strategic account management driving and executing the long-term strategy for the account

· Prove track record leveraging industry, consumer and account data, insights and analytics to make decisions and drive change

· Knowledge of product and trends
* Bilingual in English & French.

· You will demonstrate the ability to lead and influence cross functional peers in professional discussions and often complex decisions

· Proven track record understanding complex business issues & find creative ways to solve problems

· Min. Bachelors Degree or higher in the field of sales or economics or relevant topic

· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to sales meetings & offices across Canada & USA

Le candidat ou la candidate retenue possède une expérience démontrée en matière d’exploitation de données, d’informations et d’analyses relatives au secteur, aux consommateurs et aux comptes, afin de prendre des décisions et de favoriser le changement.

Il ou elle doit avoir une solide connaissance des tendances des produits et des affaires

LA NATURE DE VOTRE TRAVAIL

Vous gérerez efficacement le portefeuille de comptes et fournirez une rétroaction sur les comptes aux principales parties prenantes, y compris le directeur commercial de GFL. Vous utiliserez vos connaissances du marché sur les tendances des produits, les prix et la concurrence pour optimiser le placement des produits et les ventes.

Vous développerez des plans de mise sur le marché précis et réalistes, ainsi que des assortiments, des prévisions et des plans de scénario saisonniers. Vous effectuerez des bilans d’activité saisonniers avec les clients. Cela inclut l’élaboration et l’exécution de plans saisonniers avec des comptes de premier ordre pour une croissance saine et durable. Vous respecterez toutes les échéances en matière de rapports de manière uniforme et en temps voulu.
