About the job
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with cross functional team to ensure sales orders are proceeded and delivered in right time, place and quantity
· Ensure quality of all completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies with professional order management skills
· Manage customer’s delivery status inquiries, order tracking and all kind of customer enquiries through phone and email
· Support customers through provide solution including customers launch allocation and contract cancel balance’s monitoring and reporting
· Be the lead to resolve the price & discount discrepancy. Support on the credit/debit memo creation.
· Highlight the potential issue and provide suggestion to improve the processes
· Deliver training to junior teammate and monitor work performance
· Demonstrate flexibility in supporting team operation
