The Retail District Director/Manager is responsible for achieving and maximizing sales and profit budget for Nike Direct Stores in assigned region. This includes aligning with the Nike Direct strategy and leading a store manager to define and execute operational process. The role is responsible for ensuring Nike Direct Store is positioned as a premium experience for consumers, and is a profitable business.
Responsibilities:
• Actively manage, Train, and oversee the development of a group of Head Coaches (typically 8-20 stores).
• Manage Head Coaches and sets individual goals that link to Nike Direct priorities.
• Coach staff, supports development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition, and rewards.
• Develop growth targets and goals for Nike Direct Stores that are aligned with the Nike Direct strategy.
• Accountable for the financial budget including store P/L.
• Analyze sales performance to inform Nike Direct stores team and strategies.
