Overview of the Job:

As part of the Jordan Consumer Direct Marketing Store team, you are charged with creating a 365 and steady cadence of in-store consumer engagement programs, to be executed at Jordan Only concept and city owned/partnered spaces, to engage with consumers/members across China on a 365 basis.

As part of the GC team, your role will include creating ‘toolkits’ that can be scaled across various cities in China. You will work with different Jordan brand function squads and Nike 365 experience teams to ensure the experiences are brought to life in a consistent way. You are also tasked with turning brand voice into distinctive and meaningful experiences that drives impact for the brand, especially in retaining and serving Nike members. Knowledge of membership marketing is an essential skill to have.

Key Partnership:

1. Internal X-functional Brand marketing teams and consumer construct teams.

2. Nike 365 Experience (Global/Geo), City squads in Beijing, Guangzhou and others.

3. External community partners inclusive of local communities (hoops, youth, sneaker, street), and city influencers.

4. Government agencies and school connections.

Job Responsibility:

1. Development and deployment of in-store 365 experience ‘toolkits.’

2. Create measurable KPIs and ensure KPIs are trackable.

3. Manage and execute 365 services & experiences in Jordan Only concept.

4. Partner with Nike 365 Experience/Membership team to drive an engaging and impactful store experience.

5. Grow basketball culture (performance and culture) through 365 experiences.

6. Membership marketing plan to execute in Jordan Only Concept.
